The Benetech GM8901+ digital anemometer measures air velocity from 0 to 45 m/s and air temperature from 0 to 45 °C. It offers five velocity units, Max/Min/Average readings, data hold, Beaufort scale and wind chill indication on a backlit LCD, powered by three AAA batteries.
The Benetech GM8901+ is a handheld digital anemometer that measures air velocity and air temperature at the same time. The air velocity range is 0–45 m/s with a resolution of 0.1 m/s and an accuracy of ±3% ±0.1dgts, and the reading can be shown in five units: m/s, km/h, ft/min, knots and mph.
Air temperature is measured from 0 to 45 °C (32 to 113 °F) with a resolution of 0.2 °C and an accuracy of ±2 °C. The backlit LCD shows the current, maximum, minimum or average air velocity together with the temperature, a Beaufort scale bar and a wind chill indication.
The instrument runs on three 1.5 V AAA batteries, switches off manually or automatically, and weighs 226.1 g with a body of 72 × 35 × 145 mm. The sensor head is mounted on a retractable rod.
