Measuring Procedure :

Select an appropriate comb based on the known thickness.
Hold the comb perpendicular to the surface coating to be measured.
Press into the coating until the comb stands square on the substrate.
Wet film thickness is the distance between the highest-coated step and the next (higher) step, which remains uncoated.
