The LT-101 (Art.-Nr. 30.1033) is a high-precision digital thermometer from TFA with a stainless steel temperature probe connected by a cable of approx. 1 m. It measures from -40 °C to +200 °C with a resolution of 0.1 °C, and the reading can be switched between °C and °F.

In addition to the current temperature, the display can hold the present reading (HOLD) and show the maximum and minimum temperatures since the last reset. An upper and a lower temperature limit can be set; when the temperature passes a limit, an alarm signal sounds for 1 minute and the alarm icon and the corresponding arrow flash on the display.

The thermometer is IP65 dust and hose-water proof and is also suitable for food checks according to HACCP. It is suited to professional temperature control of liquid, paste-like and semi-solid substances in industry, commerce, trade and laboratory. The display unit has a table stand and a magnet for mounting on metal surfaces. Only the probe is heat resistant: the display unit must be kept away from extreme temperatures and must not be immersed in water.
