The PCE-TDS 200 M is a battery-powered ultrasonic flow meter supplied with the M sensor pair for pipes DN 50 to 700. It shows flow velocity, volume flow and volume over a range of ±32 m/s with 0.001 m/s resolution, and stores 10 million readings on its 32 GB memory.
The PCE-TDS 200 M is an ultrasonic flow meter from the PCE-TDS 200 series, supplied with the PCE-TDS 200 M SENSOR pair for pipes with a nominal diameter of DN 50 … 700 (57 … 720 mm) and temperatures from -30 to +160 °C. It has a measuring range of ±32 m/s with a resolution of 0.001 m/s, an accuracy of ±1.5 % f.s. for pipes of DN ≥ 50 mm (velocity above 0.3 m/s) and a repeatability of ±0.5 % of the measured value.
After the pipe and medium data have been entered, the meter displays flow velocity, volume flow and volume. An installation aid shows the signal quality graphically and indicates whether the two sensors are positioned at the correct distance from each other. The meter works with the N, V, W and Z measuring methods and is suitable for all liquids with an impurity of less than 5 %; common media, pipe materials and inner linings are stored in the instrument, and user-defined sound velocities can be entered manually.
Measured values are recorded on the 32 GB internal memory, which holds 10 million values; the storage interval can be set from 1 second to 12 hours. The USB-C interface is used for online measurement, for reading out the memory and for charging the LiPo battery, which gives approx. 10 hours of operation. With the optional software, the recorded values can be shown as tables and graphs, exported as .csv or issued as a PDF report. Heat quantity measurement is available only with the PCE-TDS 200+ versions.
