Elmetron CPC-411 Waterproof pH / Conductivity / Salinity Meter

The Elmetron CPC-411 is an easy-to-use meter of good accuracy that measures pH, mV (redox potential), conductivity, salinity and temperature. Its small size, low weight and waterproof IP-66 housing make it suitable for work in the field as well as in the laboratory, including difficult conditions. The LCD shows the measured function and the temperature value at the same time.

In pH mode the meter is calibrated in 1 to 3 points with automatic detection of the 4.00, 7.00 and 9.00 pH buffer solutions (optionally 4.00, 7.00 and 10.00 pH) and automatic temperature compensation. Depending on the chosen electrode it measures in clean water, sewage, pastes and similar samples. In redox mode the reading made with a chloride/silver reference electrode can be recalculated automatically to the hydrogen electrode.

In conductivity mode the CPC-411 measures clean water and samples with conductivity up to 199.9 mS/cm in 4 automatically switched sub-ranges, converts conductivity into salinity (NaCl up to 177.9 g/l) according to the actual dependency instead of a constant coefficient, and gives an estimated total dissolved solids (TDS) value. The pH and conductivity circuits are isolated, which eliminates the influence of one measurement on the other.
