The SN175B is an instant-read digital food thermometer with a foldable stainless steel probe and a high-precision sensor that gives the internal temperature of food in seconds. It measures from -50 to 300 °C (-58 to 572 °F) with an accuracy of ±0.8 °C, and the result appears on an easy-to-read LCD in °C or °F.

The thermometer switches on simply by unfolding the probe. A data hold button keeps the measured value on the display for comfortable reading, and a magnet on the back lets you keep it on the refrigerator or any other iron surface. The probe is long enough to keep your hands away from the heat while measuring, and the unit folds for compact storage.

Supplied with recommended temperature charts for beef, fish, pork, chicken and other meats, it is a practical tool for cooking and grilling, barbecues, home kitchens and liquids such as milk.
