KERRO HT-9600 Handheld Air Particle Counter

The KERRO HT-9600 is a handheld air particle counter with three size channels (0.3 µm, 2.5 µm and 10.0 µm). It measures PM2.5 and PM10, counts dust particles and also reads temperature and humidity. Results are shown in Piece/L or µg/m³ over a measurement range of 0-1000 µg/m³.

The instrument uses an optoelectronic sensor with a semiconductor laser diode light source and a pumping-type sample inlet. According to the manufacturer it is generally used for cleanliness tests of clean rooms and for performance tests of air cleaners, filter materials and filter screens, giving a precise value for dust particle density instead of an approximate one.

A 2.8 inch colour LCD with backlight, intuitive icons and large font options makes navigation and viewing easy, and 999 records are stored in the device for access to historical data. The unit runs on a 9V 6F22 battery, switches off automatically after 2 minutes without key operation and comes with a one-year warranty.
