EHP210 Portable Leeb Digital Hardness Tester

The EHP210 is a light and portable Leeb hardness tester built around a 5-inch touch screen. It is most suitable for testing heavy, big or outdoor metal parts that cannot be brought to a bench machine, and it is easy to use and accurate on curved test surfaces.

The tester measures in any direction, even upside down, and automatically compensates for the effect of weight according to the test direction. Its HL display range is 170–960 HLD with a repeatability of 6 HLD, and it can also read HRC, HRB, HRA, HB, HV, HSD and MPa.

Up to 2000 groups of information are stored in memory, test data can be transferred to a PC over USB, and an optional wireless mini thermal printer is available. The instrument is supplied with impact device D; impact devices DC, DL, D+15, C and G are optional.
