ETI 810-280 DishTemp® Digital Dishwasher Thermometer

The ETI 810-280 DishTemp® is a plate-simulating dishwasher tester. Placed among the other dishes at the start of a cycle, it goes through the wash like a plate and records the maximum surface temperature reached, so the cleaning and sanitising performance of a commercial dishwasher can be checked at the touch of a single button.

It eliminates the need for costly and inaccurate test strips and for stem thermometers that do not stay in place and do not record the temperature at the plate surface. Built to survive daily use in professional kitchens, it measures from 0 to 90 °C with a resolution of 0.1 °C/°F and an accuracy of ±0.5 °C.

A durable water-tight seal makes the ABS plastic case waterproof to IP66. Each unit is supplied with a free traceable certificate of calibration at one point (71 °C) and carries a one-year manufacturer's guarantee. The DishTemp should not be exposed to temperatures above 93 °C.
