BingM SM-100 Digital Brix Refractometer

The BingM SM-100 is a handheld digital refractometer for measuring sugar content (Brix) wherever you work. A few drops of sample are placed in the sample well under the refractive cover, and the instrument reads sugar content from 0 % to 35 % with a resolution of 0.1 % and an accuracy of ±0.2 %, together with the refractive index from 1.3330 to 1.4012.

An infrared sensor built into the cover provides automatic temperature compensation, and the sample temperature (0 °C to 40 °C) is shown alongside the reading. The color LCD displays Brix, refractive index, temperature, battery level and standby time, and a result is ready in 3 seconds. The ZERO key performs zero calibration, the READ key selects single or continuous measurement, and the meter switches itself off after 60 seconds without operation to save battery.

Typical applications include fruits and juice, candy processing, cookie plants, fabric dyeing, CNC cutting fluid, sugarcane processing, ice cream making and laboratory testing.
