The LANDTEK ATP-100 is a portable ATP bioluminescence detector that turns invisible ATP into a light signal indicating microbial contamination as a quantitative 0–9999 RLU value. It detects 1 × 10⁻¹⁵ mol ATP, reads in 1–60 s and stores 3,000 results or more for USB transfer.
The LANDTEK ATP-100 uses biochemiluminescence technology to convert the invisible ATP concentration of a sample into a visible light output. This light signal indirectly indicates the number of microorganisms and is shown as a quantitative result between 0 and 9999 relative light units (RLU).
With a detection accuracy of 1 × 10⁻¹⁵ mol ATP (high sensitivity type), a detection lower limit of ≤ 1.0 CFU/ml for bacteria and a detection time of 1 to 60 seconds, the instrument suits applications that require high sensitivity in bacteria measurement. Results are given in RLU mode or in coliform screening mode.
The memory holds 3,000 results or more, which can be transferred to a PC through the USB interface for analysis and record-keeping. The compact 199 × 76 × 37 mm housing is powered by 2 AA batteries.
