PCE Instruments PCE-VDL 16I Shock & Vibration Data Logger

The PCE-VDL 16I belongs to the PCE-VDL series of shock data loggers. This version carries sensors for five physical quantities: temperature, relative humidity, air pressure, light and 3-axis acceleration. The acceleration sensor samples at up to 800 Hz, while the remaining sensors are sampled at up to 1 Hz, so vibration and shock events are recorded together with the environmental conditions in which they occurred.

With its small housing of 86.8 × 44.1 × 22.2 mm and a 32 GB SD memory card, the logger is well suited to fault diagnosis, stress testing, machine inspection, shock measurements and preventive maintenance. It can also be used to document shock loads during the loading, transport and installation of machines and production equipment.
