Qidian QDY30A-B Submersible Hydrostatic Liquid Level Transmitter

The QDY30A-B from Anhui Qidian Automation Technology (Easy Test code AL002) measures liquid level with its metal probe sunk to the bottom of the container. The probe consists of a shell, an imported diffused silicon core and a protective cap, and connects through a flexible shielded cable 7 mm in diameter; the probe can be customized.

The overall 304 stainless steel shell and double-sealed construction keep the transmitter waterproof, dustproof and leakproof, with IP68 protection for channels and lakes, fire water tanks, deep pit wells and acid and alkali tanks. Install it where it is easy to operate and maintain, as far as possible from vibration and heat sources, fixed in place and away from the water inlet; if the cable is connected separately, take waterproof measures such as a junction box. Avoid liquids, or impurities in the liquid, that may cause wear on the transmitter, to extend its service life.

The measuring medium, liquid level range, output signal, medium temperature, lead length and power supply are specified when ordering; the unit pictured is labelled 0-5 m range, 4-20 mA output and DC24V power. Easy Test supplies it with 4-20 mA, 0-10 V or RS485 output and level ranges such as 0-5 m, 10 m, 15 m and 20 m, with a 12-month warranty.
