The Wintact WT8812 is a compound gas monitor that shows four real-time gas readings on one LCD: combustible gas (0~100 %LEL), oxygen O2 (0~30 %VOL), hydrogen sulfide H2S (0~100 PPM) and carbon monoxide CO (0~1000 PPM), together with the temperature in ℃ or ℉. According to the manufacturer it adopts high-quality gas sensors with excellent sensitivity and repeatability, is easy to use and maintain, and meets the requirements of safety monitoring at industrial sites.

The shell is made of high-strength engineering plastics and compound non-slip rubber, described by the manufacturer as dust and explosion-proof. Each gas has a high and a low alarm limit that can be set by the user; when a limit is exceeded the monitor alarms in 4 forms: LED indicator flashing, reading flashing, sound beeps and vibration. The sound can be turned off in the set mode.

The monitor is widely used in petroleum, chemical, environmental protection, metallurgy, refining, gas transmission and distribution, biochemical medicine and agricultural research. It is powered by a DC 3.7V lithium battery (1800mAh) with a charging time of about 4 hours and a discharging time of about 8 hours. Do not charge the unit while measuring flammable gas, and never charge or disassemble the battery in an explosive environment.
