The SEW 6310 IN is a microprocessor-controlled digital high voltage insulation tester with four test voltages from 1000 V to 10000 V. It measures insulation resistance up to 20 TΩ, indicates PI and DAR, includes a 30~600 V AC/DC voltmeter and stores 200 measurement results.
The SEW 6310 IN is a microprocessor-controlled digital insulation tester with four insulation test voltages: 1000V, 2500V, 5000V and 10000V. It tests insulation resistance up to 20 TΩ with auto-ranging on all insulation ranges, a short-circuit current of up to 5mA and an adjustable testing duration of 1~30 minutes, shown on a 2 lines × 16 characters LCD.
The tester indicates the Polarization Index (PI), the ratio of the insulation resistance measured at 10 minutes to that measured at 1 minute, and the Dielectric Absorption Ratio (DAR), the ratio of the insulation resistance measured at 1 minute to that measured at 30 seconds. It can also sense voltage on the measured object: if any voltage is sensed, it automatically switches to voltage detection mode and displays the voltage on the LCD, which helps prevent damage caused by attempting to measure insulation resistance while voltage is present.
200 measurement results can be saved in the internal memory and recalled on the display. Through the optical USB to RS-232 data transmission, data can be downloaded and saved to a PC or transferred to a PC for real-time display.
